Connect to FreeBCI DAQ

Both FreeBCI Spike 1CH LH001 and FreeBCI Spike 8CH ADS1299 connect to the same FreeBCI DAQ workflow.

You Will Need​

  • Chrome or Edge on desktop
  • FreeBCI DAQ running on localhost or another secure HTTPS origin
  • A supported FreeBCI hardware module connected over USB serial
  • Hardware parameters and channel-to-site bindings ready

Shared DAQ Workflow​

  1. Open FreeBCI DAQ
  2. Go to the Setup page
  3. Confirm hardware parameters
  4. Add site bindings
  5. Open the wired serial connection
  6. Start data collection
  7. Move to Live to inspect waveforms and spectra

Module-Specific Binding Expectations​

  • For 1CH, one bound acquisition site is enough to run the core focus / engagement demo
  • For 8CH, bind every acquisition channel to its electrode site before starting serious analysis
